Kade holds a Minnesota Power Limited License.  The "master" license in the State of Minnesota in the information technology systems (ITS) industry.

The Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) is one of the highest design credentials in the ITS industry, recognized worldwide. Kade has been awarded the RCDD designation and has demonstrated his knowledge in the design, implementation, integration and project management of telecommunications and data communications technology and related infrastructure. 

He is a member of the BICSI organization. A professional association supporting the information and communications technology (ICT) industry. ICT covers the spectrum of voice, data, electronic safety & security, project management and audio & video technologies. This worldwide association for cabling design and installation professionals strives to provide information, education and knowledge assessment for individuals in the field.

In the industry since 1997, Kade joined Network Cabling Services (NCS) at the end of 2005 working his way up until now, as majority owner, along with his brother, Tyler, they have advanced NCS to the regionally recognized data communications company it is now.

Kade provides project estimating and management services, is responsible for promotional activities, fleet management, and facilities procurement. And when necessary can be seen working alongside the technicians and apprentices on the job site.

 Tyler has been in the low voltage industry since 1994. He joined NCS in 2006 as a technician and is currently in charge of service scheduling, employee safety training, service project estimating, project management, and facilities maintenance. Also a part owner, Tyler, is often on the job both overseeing systems installations and diving in to help with the actual work when needed.

Tyler also holds a Minnesota Power Limited license, is a registered RCDD designer and a member of the BICSI association.

 Becky has worked in the construction and property management industries for over 25 years. With a degree in public accounting she provides NCS with financial services, HR and payroll services, accounting administration and office systems development and design.  

 Our people are our most valuable asset.

Our technicians have over 50 years combined experience in the low voltage information systems industry, and over 75 years in the electrical industry.   Proper training is one of the most important assets for our technicians, therefore, our staff is given comprehensive training through BICSI and manufacturer offered programs. 

All have demonstrated their ability to satisfy our customer’s IT needs on the job site.
